The PBSA was initiated by the Thalassaemia International Foundation (TIF), with its headquarters situated in the Republic of Cyprus. The Alliance is not engaged in any political activities or activities for profit. No association or institution can be expelled or refused admission because of the race, creed or religious denomination of its members.
